What is the AGM?
The AGM is the occasion where the P&C presents its annual report and financial statements, adopts the budget for the year ahead, and elects the incoming Executive Committee.
What’s on the agenda?
The full agenda will be circulated in advance of the meeting. It will include:
- Reports from the President, Treasurer and Principal
- Adoption of the 2025 financial statements and 2026 budget
- Election of Office Bearers and Executive Committee positions
Who can vote?
To vote at the AGM (including in the election of Office Bearers) you must be a current financial member of the Association.
Can I nominate for a position?
All current members of the association are eligible to nominate for a position. Nomination information and the nomination form will be sent separately to members. All elected positions are voluntary and we welcome nominations from any current financial member of the association.
Over the next couple of weeks, members should also look out for details regarding voting eligibility and how (and when) to renew your P&C membership.
